An impulse buy at a pawn shop for the princely sum of $30.00. a year or so before digital point and shoots became affordable. This little camera turned out to be a great buy. Solid and beautifully made. The programmed exposure system is very accurate and the lens and auto focus perform beyond expectations producing pin sharp negs.
The one criticism that can be leveled is that the auto date function program is a bit geeky in as much as once set it produces unexpected results not necessarily what was thought to be set. Perhaps a instruction book would help!
